Confession: I am a perfume polygamist. In all my 31 years, I’ve by no means discovered a signature scent, and I’ve a sense I by no means will. And what? I am okay with that. It seems it is actually onerous to seek out one bottle that encompasses all of my character. Generally I get up with tons of power. Different days, I get up feeling down. And typically I simply want a confidence increase. So similar to my outfits, my scent actually must align with how I am feeling on any given day.
For me, fragrance has at all times been an adjunct: an extension of my model or temper, a completion to an outfit, and a manner for me to specific myself with out having to talk. Although when a perfume is nice—like so good it grabs my husband’s consideration—it virtually at all times sparks dialog. So I made a decision to just do that and ask my husband for his opinions of the 11 fragrances that make him do a “double sniff.” Did he love them? Hate them? Maintain scrolling to get the tea.
